Toddlers Cove, river walk to Chartham. Stour Valley Walk to Mystole Road, into Denge Wood. Cross Penny Pot Lane by Upper Thruxted Farm and through the woods to Garlinge Green, St Augustines, New House Lane and home.

Meet by St Mary Bredin Church at 8:00am
Toddler’s cove via Lansdown Road
SVW to near Tonford Manor; at the bridge to Thanington turn right (not left) onto the footpath, walk past Tonford Manor, under the A2 then:
Turn left on footpath into Lower Harbledown, through St Nicholas’s Hospital into Harbledown and left at the Church then over the road bridge and through the meadow to the top – towards Blean water tower and right on the footpath to St Dunstan’s back over the railway bridge and then home via Toddler’s Cove and under the ring road bridge by the river or through Westgate Gardens and Greyfriars. 6 miles.

Goodnestone Road/Twitham Hill/Crixhall Court/Buckland Lane/Summerfield Farm/Black Pond Farm/Beacon Hill/Marshborough – Vine Farm/Great Poulder’s Farm/Sandwich.

Meet @ 8:00 am outside the Hospital (junction of Ethelbert and South Canterbury Roads)
The Langton Path to the end of the school playing fields, rugby club, over the A2 bridge and proceed to Nackington, Whitehill Wood, Lower Hardes. Work back from Lower Hardes to New House Lane and then back to South Canterbury Road via A2 bridge crossing in Stuppington Lane.

The walk is about 12.5 miles circular, so we should be back in Canterbury around 1pm. Bring a packed lunch or snack if required.
Toddler Cove, Westgate Gardens, Victorian recreation ground, NDW through Bigbury woods, Chartham Hatch to Old Wives Lees. Down through Bowerland Farm to cross the Chilham Road into Pickelden Lane. Shalmsford Street, Chartham, river path back to Canterbury.

Meet @ 8:00 am at the top of Nunnery Road (at the Junction with Nunnery Fields)
Nunnery Road, Zealand Road, Lime Kiln Road and across the fields coming out at Hollow Lane, then onto New House Lane taking the footpath to Cockering Road. We take the footpath though Larkey Valley Wood leaving for footpaths crossing New House Lane and Iffin Lane, then footpath through to Merton Farm, cross A2 bridge – Rugby Club, Langton Path, K & C Hospital where the walk ends. 6 miles.

Meet outside 25 St Augustine’s Road 8:30
NDW to Patrixbourne/Shepherd’s Close Road/Bramling Road/footpaths to Garrington Farms and then across Bekesbourne Lane/Howletts footbridges/Jacob’s Close/Firdown Wood, then footpath towards Hoath Farm but crossing Bekesbourne Road walking towards Little Barton Farmhouse/Spring Lane, which marks the end of the walk.
