Garlinge Green/through Denge Wood crossing Penny Pot Lane into Barton Wood/through Wye Nature Reserve/cross Sole Street for footpath to Crundale (best place to eat one’s packed lunch)/down and up and down to Wye – possible tea/coffee break at the cafe in Wye – satisfactory for tea/coffee
Afternoon
Wye/footpath and yellow road to Blackwall Road then across the A2070 for the footpath to Ashford Town Centre and then to the Station.
About 17 miles
Trains from Ashford to Canterbury West. Cost £5.40 with railcard.
