Wednesday Walk 12 October, 2022

We’ll meet again at 8:30am at the main entrance to the Westgate Gardens.
The first pic from our previous walk is of seasonal illegal scrumping. In pic two the lads can be seen relaxing
in a charming location close to the river.
A fine walk from the start to the smell of coffee, and all in just in two hours!
Look forward to meeting up for more midweek meandering………….

Wednesday Walk 5 October, 2022

The WWs will gather at 8:30am at the main gate of the Westgate Gardens in the shadow of the towers.
Wednesday regulars have the pleasure before setting off of “Watching the River Flow”.
More references to Bob contained in the report of last weeks walk.
The first pic was taken outside Lidl in the Sturry Road. “Shop and Walk” is an
occasional feature of the midweek ramble. The second pic was taken at the far end of the Sturry Road
Community Park. In the background can be seen what looks like water treatment works. Unfortunately
there does not seem to be a way to access the fields.
Coffee was taken in the new Curzon cinema. A young DJ was playing Dylan and took requests. Steve
requested “One More Cup of Coffee”
